A New Future for La Paimpolaise
Upon closing the hotels’ doors in the summer of 2007, the building’s owners and investors in the region came together to bring La Paimpolaise a new lease on life. The results a luxuary condominium project was designed according to strict quality measures and with a maximum of respect for the site and its surrounding environment.
The restaurant has been demolished to make room for a newly constructed extension that houses the development’s three largest condominiums. The former hotel rooms have been redesigned and entirely renovated in order to create the space for 18 condominiums. An elevator has been installed. A gabled roof covers the former building and large balconies have been added to the facades. The exterior siding has been completely rebuilded and refurbished. The final result is a three story, architecturally elegant structure that is in harmony with the region’s style.
Using the best possible materials, the project’s aim is to produce exclusive luxury condominiums that offer a maximum level of comfort. In total, ten 3½ room condos, eight 4½ room condos and three condos with 5½ rooms have been completed.
Construction began in November 2007. The first condominiums were delivered in November, 2008 and the first owners have been able to fully enjoy their first ski season with the convenience of being able to Ski-in and Ski-out.
